The Alzheimer Society Huron Perth is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to helping people living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, their families and their care partners.

Services offered

A Family Support Counselor will be available the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 2 pm.

Drop-in services will be provided by an Alzheimer Society Huron-Perth Family Support Counselor with no appointment needed. Services offered include providing support for individuals looking for assistance with: 

• Learning more about our program and services 
• Supports for both people with cognitive changes and for their caregivers 
• Referral into our programs 
• Education around dementia and dementia supports
