You can apply for a library card online! Please follow the steps below and library staff will be in touch as soon as they can to provide you with your new library card number. The physical card can be picked up at the library the next time you are in Mitchell.  Please bring ID and proof of address when you pick up your card.

To register for a library card:

  1. Visit the library's basic catalogue
  2. Click on New User
  3. Fill in the form (If applying for an educator card, add EDUCATOR beside your name. You must have a personal card in addition to obtain an Educator card)
  4. Click on I Accept
  5. Library staff will process new card applications each day the library is open. Library staff will contact you as soon as they can with your new library card number.
